Placing Your Order
First, please read all the information on this webpage. Then to start the ordering process for solar products, please click on the "Quote Request" button.

Complete the required information in the form. All fields must be filled out to start your order request. Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a statement with confirmed prices and the shipping & handling charges. You must carefully review the information for accuracy. Upon approval confirmation from you, we will then email an invoice for payment.  As soon as your payment is received and processed, the order will be shipped within several business days. A packing slip will be sent with the shipment.

If you have any questions or comments, you can list them at the bottom of the Quote Request form or click on "Contact Us" button.

Items to Order
List all the item numbers you wish to order, including the quantity for each  (example: qty 2 of ES-110-0104). The minimum order is $100 before shipping & handling charges and tax (if applicable). Your invoice will have a full description of each item number, pricing details, and where it will be shipped. Carefully check the information for accuracy before payment. If changes are needed, simply reply to the email with the corrections and we will issue a revised invoice. Cancellations are not accepted after payment is received.

Payment/Shipping
Payment options are Money Order, Money Wire Transfer or Bank Check. Orders will be delayed 2-3 business days until we receive payment verification. Credit card payments and C.O.D. shipments are not available. Make all payable to Edison Solar & Wind. Once the payment is received and the order has been processed, you will receive an email notifying you of shipment.

Confirmed prices are only good for 30 days. If your payment is not received within 30 days of the statement date, you need to place a new order. Residents of California and New Jersey may incur state sales tax.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must follow these return policy procedures:
To initialize the return, you must first contact Edison Solar & Wind by email at order@edisonsolar.net.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Any returned items will incur a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Delivery charges (shipping & handling) are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods because Edison Solar & Wind is not responisble for returned items damaged in shipping.
